01/05/2010 francais Eine ausgesucht schöne Wohnung, edles Parkett, Stuck, altes kostbares Mobiliar, wertvolle Kunstgegenstände, das einzigartige Flair vergangener Jahrhunderte. Freundlicher, entgegenkommender Vermieter, der großzügig die Nutzung seiner erlesenen Bibliothek und Plattensammlung anbietet. -Ein gewisses Risiko ist verbunden mit der Aufforderung, bei Ankunft eine Liste mit besonders wertvollen Kunstgegenständen gegenzuzeichnen und sich im Falle von Beschädigungen zum Schadensersatz zu verpflichten. Das könnte manchen nervösen Mieter möglicherweise etwas unter Druck setzen. Auch ist das herrliche Vier-Zimmer-Appartement leider nicht von ganz penibler Sauberkeit, aber für diese einzigartige Atmosphäre der Wohnung kann man ein paar Haken in Kauf nehmen. Ich jedenfalls würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
